voip.ms API Credentials

Use your voip.ms account email as the API username, and set a separate API Password (not your login password) at voip.ms → Main Menu → API. Enable API access and whitelist this server's IP if needed.

Phone Numbers (DIDs)

Enter 10-digit numbers only (no +1 country code).

Business Hours

Calls outside these hours are flagged as after-hours.

How often to auto-sync when switching tabs or reloading. Manual sync always pulls latest.

Account / Extension Names

Map voip.ms sub-account numbers to friendly names (shown in the Calls table).

Transcription APIs

Required for call recording transcription. Google Cloud Speech-to-Text for transcription, Anthropic Claude for speaker labeling and summaries.

ClickUp Integration

Connect to ClickUp to create follow-up tasks from call records. Get an API token from ClickUp Settings → Apps.

Database Backup

All call logs, SMS messages, contacts, and recordings metadata are stored locally. Create backups to prevent data loss — voip.ms may purge old records from their servers.
