Payment Terms: 1% 10, Net 30. A 1% discount applies if payment is received within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Otherwise, the full invoice amount is due 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

Terms and Conditions

Late Payments. Payment is due 30 calendar days from the invoice date. A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) applies for each month or partial month past due: an invoice paid 1 day past due is charged 1.5%, and one paid 31 days past due is charged 3.0%.
Credit Investigation. The Applicant authorizes Invicta Foam Products, LLC to contact the references listed above and to obtain credit reports (business or personal) to determine creditworthiness.
Default. In the event of a default, the Applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Personal Guarantee. If the Applicant is a closely held corporation or LLC, the undersigned officer/owner personally and unconditionally guarantees the prompt payment of all amounts due.
