Precision & Trim

Wire Kerf Compensation melt halo per side, in

Wire Clearance how far above foam wire travels, in

Fixed clearance above foam top between V's. Typical 0.10–0.25″.

Machine Length Limit in

Maximum cut length your CNC can handle. Tool warns if total exceeds this.

Add lead-in line

Lead-in Length in, distance before foam starts

Wire enters at (−L, 0), travels up to wire-travel height, then right past the foam edge to the first V cut.
